TEXTILE INSPIRATION SS 12

working on the flat drawings for SS 12 production, and playing with the triangles in my dresses created some fun textures, it cant all be boring paper work and hours of boring Photoshop when you are madly stressed about production, I am sure the will be more of these little visual teasers:))

get into the beat

I have done and dusted with the SS 12 collection, and now the is time for reflections on what I made, and what I was inspired by, I guess its all about the movement, the beat and the dynamics of a certain culture, I am still sticking with the African vibe- and this collection is inspired by fela kutti and his beautiful wifes, the is something so inspiring about the way they moved, sang and applied there make up...something a little mystical, but still extremely groovy:)))
